Cypriot Company Setup and management

  • Incorporation of companies, partnerships, and other entities in Cyprus, which will be tailored to your specific requirements. This includes drafting of Memorandum & Articles of Association and/or other relevant agreements such as partnership agreements
  • Domiciliation and representation services (providing nominee shareholders)
  • Acting as both executive and non-executive directors, which complies with the new regulations on economic substance

  • To meet the requirements of a CIT, the settlor and beneficiaries must not have been tax resident in Cyprus during the preceding year
  • In the event of fraud, a CIT can only be challenged by creditors, within two years of the date that the fraud took place
  • Laws applicable in foreign jurisdictions do not affect the validity of a CIT or the transfer of property to the trustee of a CIT
  • The CIT may last for an unlimited amount of time
  • The amount of income accumulated by the CIT has no limitation
  • Other than ‘family situations’, a CIT can also be used for business transactions and as a vehicle for charitable and other purposes
  • All trustees have the duty to maintain confidentiality regarding the trust unless a court order is issued by the Cypriot Court.
